Technical Consultant
At Quantoz we're looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team.

As Technical Consultant, you are the linking pin between the sales and development teams. You are responsible for creating a successful client journey from the onboarding phase to the transfer to support. The job extends beyond implementing and configuring the NEXUS software for our clients. It also includes providing support in the sales process, building relations with clients to become their trusted advisor, consulting them on process design, managing projects, leveling with the NEXUS development team, providing input for the development roadmap… and so on.
Meanwhile, you help our team become more professional. You bring structure and set standards for the optimal delivery of our SaaS. As our business grows, you take an active role in setting up a team of consultants, in which you will be front runner.
In short, this is a leading, hands-on position with a very broad set of tasks and a lot of responsibility. It would be the ideal step for software developers who wish to make a move towards a consultancy role.
Most of the work will be done from our office/ your home office, however, as our clients are based across Europe, you might travel from time to time.
Needless to say, it is essential you speak and write English fluently.
